After Animal Rahat received dozens of inspired suggestions from supporters, the newest sanctuary resident was finally given a name.

Meet Caro, which means “dear” or “beloved” in Italian. The young bull’s moniker is particularly fitting, as he’s already beloved by his fellow sanctuary residents, including his new friend Sagar.

As you may recall, when Animal Rahat rescued Caro from the streets, his face was painfully infected. What a difference a few months and proper care make!
